About Workplace Capacity Assessment
COVID-19 is one of the biggest challenges that businesses have had to face in recent years. In order to ensure that businesses in Ireland are prepared for employees returning to work, they must have their post-COVID plan in place, making sure their premises offer a safe working environment with no close-contact working.
Our Workplace Capacity Assessment service has been designed to help companies prepare to resume service in a COVID compliant workplace to ensure employees can return to work safely.
It is expected that social distancing measures will remain for many months, and our Workplace Capacity Assessment will ensure that businesses have the right measures and logistics in place to ensure their staff are able to work safely. We will redesign the interior layout and usage of your business to minimise unnecessary contact and ensure you are compliant with logistical social distancing in the workplace and safety precautions concerning COVID-19.
Our COVID compliance consultants can offer this service for
- Factories
- Manufacturing facilities
- Offices
- Construction sites
- Quarries
- Hotels
- Pools and gyms
- Retail spaces
- Cafes and restaurants
- Visitor centres
- Schools and childcare
How it Works
We use a 3D scanner, industry leading Matterport and PointCloud technology, to scan the interior of the business’ building/premises. This scan captures every measurement and feature of the room down to the position of light switches and power outlets, if required. We will use this scan to create a detailed existing floor plan, which we will use to devise post-COVID planning solutions and redesign the logistical day-to-day layout of your business premises.
In accordance with the government’s Coronavirus workplace guidelines we will redesign a proposed layout plan that will indicate new working set-ups, and alterations that will have to be implemented to the site in order for workers to be able to do their job safely.
After you agree on the proposed new layout, we will set everything out and mark on the ground with stickers and signage for the new working arrangements.
If significant changes are required (walls might have to be knocked down to widen corridors, partitions might have to be put up, sanitising stations put in), we can procure and project manage the contractors to carry out this work.
